Newark Street Residence

This design project called for interior renovations and a rear addition to a single family residence located in the historic northwest Washington D.C. neighborhood of Cleveland Park. Due to the historically protected naure of this project, the design was required to adhere to a neighborhood fabric largely influenced by the Victorian architectural style. Major exterior refurbishments included a new covered front porch, new stucco and wood shake siding, and all new site hardscaping.

Chain Bridge Road Kitchen

This Washington, DC project included a complete kitchen renovation with new cabinetry, appliances, flooring and lighting. All cabinetry was custom constructed for job-specific sizes and required cabinet drawings ready for shop construction. The individualized nature of the project helped maximize the useable space of the kitchen, as well as give the client a clean and functional design to suit their speicifc needs.

This project involves a renovation and rear addition to a single family house located in northwest Washington, DC. The construction process has yet to take place so any drawings are of proposed conditions, and any photographs are of existing conditions. The two story rear addition will contain a maid's suite in the basement, a kitchen and family room on the first floor and a master bedroom suite on the second floor.
